At EduGoal Global LLC we value your privacy. • Educational Data: Courses/subjects, assignments, prep-tests, attendance, and grades.
• Device Data: Device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and IP address.
• Usage Data: Interactions with app features, and time spent.
• Financial Information (GLBA): School fees (i.e., tuition) and billing details
• Optional Content: Files, images, or media uploaded for assignments/prep-tests.

2. Why We Collect Personal Data (Useful Resources): We collect data for the following purposes:

• Education Services: Enable personalized learning, track progress, register for or participate in an online class, exam, certification, training, webcast or other event, support teachers.
• Create an individual or corporate user account.
• Request information or materials.
• Participate in surveys or evaluations.
• Participate in promotions, contests or giveaways.
• Platform Functionality: Provide secure login, account management, data syncing and request support.   
• Communication: Notifications, course/subject updates, reminders, submit questions or comments, content or posts on our forums or other interactive webpages.

7. Third-Party Services If we integrate tools like ZOOM, Google Drive, or payment processors, their privacy policies apply in addition to EduGoal’s.

8. International Data Transfers: If your information is transferred abroad, safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) ensure compliance with international standards.

9. Updates to this Policy: We may update this policy as laws and platform requirements evolve. Updates will be posted in-app with a revised date.
