This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and EduGoal Global Services LLC (“EduGoal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the EduGoal platform, mobile apps, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use EduGoal Global Services.

1. License to Use

• EduGoal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for educational and training purposes only.
• This license does not allow resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation outside of authorized use.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Use EduGoal only for lawful, educational, or professional purposes.
• Respect the rights of other users.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Share accounts or impersonate another user.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to hack, bypass security, or disrupt the platform.
• Copy, modify, or distribute EduGoal software without permission.
• Use EduGoal to harass, exploit, or mislead others.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

4. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of the content and personal information you upload to EduGoal Global Services.
• By using EduGoal, you grant us permission to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide the Services.
• We protect your information according to our Privacy Policy, which aligns with Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other data protection laws.

5. User Rights

As an EduGoal user, you have the right to:

• Access and use the Services under your selected plan.
• Request correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for optional features at any time.
• Be informed if automated systems affect your learning experience.
• Exercise these rights without discrimination.

6. Intellectual Property

• EduGoal owns all platform software, trademarks, and related intellectual property.
• This Agreement does not transfer ownership of EduGoal’s intellectual property to you.
• You own the content you upload but grant EduGoal the right to process and host it as part of delivering the Services.

7. Availability and Support

• EduGoal strives to provide reliable and continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Technical support is available via help desk or email during published support hours.

8. Termination

• You may stop using EduGoal at any time.
• EduGoal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, fail to pay (if applicable), or create security/compliance risks.
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and you are responsible for backing up your data.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• EduGoal is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduGoal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.
